真心失望啊，空调30度开了2个多小时，房间依然冷得跟冰窖一样，热水也没有，澡也洗不了，你这叫人家大冬天的还怎么睡，现在是凌晨2点多，还睡不了，被子潮，毛巾潮，房间各种潮。前台也没有服务员值班，电话打了10来个没人接，房间里的电话居然是不接通的，请问你们宣称的服务呢？在当地也算是较高规格的酒店了，就提供这样的服务体验给客人么？太差劲了！太冷了，不想多打字了，总之要多差有多差，各位可以尽情发挥你们的想象！奉劝想入住的朋友谨慎选择！

周边修路，环境很差，度假村环境还可以，估计整个宾馆就我一个人入住，这得需要多大的勇气啊！

酒店比较偏僻，门前国道在修路，酒店应该知道修路会耽误行程，结果到晚了，酒店竟然不联系确认就直接取消房间，服务不行！

主要是周边道路状况太差，坑坑洼洼，标识也不是很清楚，一路全靠导航找过去的。可能地处郊区，配套不是很完善。酒店饭菜价格高的离谱，不得已出去吃了。
