下午14点办理入住，前台服务员明知有打扫好的房间，只是因为房间号已告知其它预订的客人，告知我让我等1个小时才有房间。我说前台没有这样子服务的吧，前台口气生硬且非常敷衍的给我办理了房间，我就想问前台别人的是预订，我的就不叫预订？服务态度太差！住了这么多酒店，头一回碰见这样子的服务!

位置比较偏，自己开车还好，出行不是很方便，楼下商业配套都没完善，装修可以，应该是东乡区排名靠前的酒店，服务跟不上，服务员多拿一下备品，不断的在抱怨。

酒店在高铁附近，比较偏，自己开车还好，出行不是很方便，楼下商业配套都没完善，装修可以，应该是东乡区排名靠前的酒店，服务跟不上，服务员多拿一下备品，不断的在抱怨。

住过几次了，酒店真的不错，装修很气派，高大尚的感觉，早餐也不错，品种多，孩子很喜欢。对了，还有健身房，不错。

酒店非常新 ，设备配置是豪华旅游度假酒店的水平，2020年12月底才开始运营的，价格非常美丽 。酒店离高铁站距离也非常近。服务员结账时候还塞了两瓶农夫山泉，出现帮忙叫车还帮忙砍价。

整体来说入住感觉挺好的，前台服务很热情，还送了我代金券，房间蛮新的，卫生也挺干净的，早餐和朋友去吃了一下，泡粉挺好吃的，值得推荐入住！
