第一酒店交接班能力太差，我早上出去说打扫卫生，到下午后来都没有打扫
第二叫送洗发水沐浴露也没有送，等我洗好澡都没有送过来，
第三第一天入住空调都没有，又没有窗子，说不让换房，换房需要补差价，打了三四个电话才协商好换房，说我是开的特价房，没窗什么的，但是这么热的天，不开空调怎么睡，感觉真的不怎么样，你们要入住的考虑下吧，但是服务态度还好一点！
