酒店硬件设施完善，管理跟不上，服务态度不好，比如早餐时服务员居然三三两两的跟客人一起拿早饭吃，吧台上的男服务员还在抽烟。最奇葩的是房间空调不好，开了半小时没效果，房间什么都没动过，要求换房间时还要收取洗涤费。
