酒店服务很热情有问题打电话后能及时到位帮助解决，我们住的豪华标间设施齐全卫生很好，唯一就是洗澡间有点小。
提一小建议房间内香味能否再淡些。

很有民族特色的酒店，晚上到的酒店和外面的街道灯火辉煌，感觉酒店很大很气派。酒店内部设施有些陈旧，房间很大睡觉很安静舒适，早餐一看就很用心的做，没有花哨东西，吃着很舒服！

去当周草原住在这里，离草原较近，走路十几分钟就到，靠近城南，赶在香巴拉活动去的，住在这里很方便，活动其间城南到草原的交通管制，车辆禁止驶入，步行很快就到了，院子免费停车，早攴还可以，热水比较好，卫生间干湿分离，设施旧一些。网上预定可以优惠一些。
