酒店规模还挺大的，但管理不到位，排气扇订的两个房间都是坏的，申请换房，回复楼上没有空房，一楼虽有但很潮。地理位置不错，门口就有一家小吃店，荷叶饼很好吃😊

200元一晚的房费在甘南合作应该算价格不算便宜的住宿，但是酒店的设施及服务让人失望。一是酒店设施差，房间没有空调，窗户非常脏，窗帘杆是坏的，已经耷拉下来。窗户无法打开通风。二是卫生间没有窗户，换气差，上完厕所差不多要半个小时，味才能抽走。三是走廊很黑，因为选择在这家住宿的人不多，走廊灯部分没开，开关也找不到，中间有台阶容易摔跤。四是隐藏收费，消费单上明明写着矿泉水免费，房间却没提供，而是用一瓶未标价的苏打水骗钱。问酒店要免费提供的矿泉水，回答没有。订房时网上标注提供免费停车服务，离店时要求一个车交十块，后来争执后又说一个车交五块。
