酒店离售票点不远，走着就可以去。服务人员很热情，房间卫生条件也不错，怕有高反感冒没敢洗澡，洗澡设施情况不清楚。早餐有热的炒青菜，个人喜欢。

酒店的服务人员都是藏语小妹，很热情。邀请一起拍照，小妹愉快答应了。酒店餐厅的藏餐很有特色，我订的标准间，但三人入住，小妹主动给了三张早餐款，惊喜啊！位置很好，正对拉卜楞寺服务中心。

预定没显示无房，到店时告知订的房间没有了，但是给我免费的升成了套房，前台不断地道歉，又送了果盘，房间很不错，离景区很近，也意外幸运的体验了藏式炕头，服务环境也是没话说，很满意的一次体验
