酒店位于市中心，到达康定后致电酒店！酒店前台安排超级贴心的门童（应该是小张吧）长的挺帅，一路指引、服务我们到客房！！相当贴心，比成都五星酒店还贴心，让我觉得非常满意！前台还有红景天茶，到房间后客房服务小陈也是非常热情，怕我们有高反给我送了热饮！还详细给我们介绍去稻城路上的情况和简单攻略！！所以，强烈推荐大家住这家酒店！但是退房后有个小插曲，保安多收停车费，他说早上走25，我们正常中午退房收了40，这个酒店需要加强！

这家酒店的服务非常好，服务非常注意细节，提前打电话联系预留停车位和路上注意安全的话语，到店后，有藏族美女管家带领到前台办理手续同时端上热腾腾的红景天茶，其要表扬前台的每一位服务员，业务很熟练，面部始终带着微笑，办理手续后有管家从前台到房间亲自引导，还帮忙提行李，也介绍了周边景区路线及本地的特色餐提供我们参考，很不错的一次入住体验，下次还会选择格桑花大酒店
