房间很干净，还有吸氧装置，很贴心，就是电梯速度太慢，赶上退房的早高峰，要等好久，住的太高了，行李都拿不下来。唯一的小遗憾。

投诉前台！提前约好送去客运站的车，一早起来，没有安排好车，拿着车钥匙找不到车了，让他找司机问车牌号一起找，死活不肯。害得我们一路狂奔到客运站。
如此服务，不会再来！要住这个酒店的人千万注意，没有信誉是常态，楼下也有人通俗同样的问题。
看留下有人留言说服务员有些是残障人士，本来我没觉得，餐厅服务都很好，但这位前台我严重怀疑脑子是不是有问题！！！

早餐还是丰富的、补充货也足！值得！有停车场！酒店位置靠近白塔！特别感谢前台小伙送我们，一大早天不亮就去客运站，解决了我们实际困难！！！
