酒店离景区开车几分钟就到，非常方便，离香格里拉镇也很近，客房清洁非常到位，会帮忙整理物品，折叠衣物。疫情期间得知第二天要早早去景区，特意安排在楼下直接用餐，确实做到了为客人着想。对前台着重表扬，服务态度非常好，耐心细致，因为某些原因，主动帮忙协调退房费，旅行在外感到了酒店的温暖，以后有机会再来亚丁，文澜酒店一定是入住的首选！

酒店设施还是不错，办理入住的前台小姐姐服务很好很耐心，放完行李下楼去吃饭居然大堂还有小哥哥唱歌。整体设施设备很满意，服务也是很贴心，早饭都是按照我们要求送到房间，本次行程最满意的酒店环境
