遥控器不行服务员说她也不懂，网络不行也说不懂，我很奇怪，你不懂你就不能找懂的人帮客人处理嘛？第二天停电了，偌大一家涉外酒店也没自己的后备电源，住高楼层的行李也没人帮忙搬，行动不便客人怎么办？？？

房间空调无法调节，问前台，前台说不知道，热水只能20分钟内，再等20分钟才能继续冲，对于要洗长头发的女士不大人性化，酒店早上突然停电，行李得自己搬楼下，居然没有自己的后备电源，河边确实很吵，但如果够累，还是可以睡着的。

电路开关时常故障，每天全楼停电一次，电梯备用电源也不给力，停电后慎乘电梯。空调显示室温，很有用。沙发大又软。
