前台服务有待加强。通过艺龙信用卡担保入住，但前台多次不确认艺龙的价格，要客人付挂牌的最低价，这个最低价也高于艺龙价很多。反复磋商，甚至准备投诉艺龙，销售代表才予以确认艺龙的订单。…结账时又遇见麻烦，前台又不认艺龙价，只有找来前一晚的销售代表解决，太浪费时间和感情了。
