非常差的一次体验。酒店和前台不在一起，完全就没有门面，然后要到另一幢很远的房子入住。复式的房间也非常不适合四岁以下小朋友还有老人，太不方便，还总担心上下楼梯老人孩子不小心会摔跤。所谓的冰雪奇缘房只不过是墙上贴了些大的画纸而已。周末要500多一晚，比一般的四星酒店还贵，什么服务都没有，实在是太不值了，以后再也不会入住这样的酒店

很适合一家人出游，房间很大很舒服，价格也便宜，离长隆很近，有免费接送的车，只是离地铁口有点远。

酒店去长隆游园比较方便，有班车直达，亲子主题酒店孩子很喜欢睡帐篷床，美中不足是门没有锁扣，水龙头有些难用，蚊子略多
