酒店式公寓，高层商务楼拿房后转租的那种。
没有酒店的大堂和早餐之类，公寓拿房应该有先后所以装修和设施会有差异，应该算是2-3星的酒店标准吧。
优势在于周边便捷的吃住行所以大家各取所需了，似乎这附近找不到这个价位不错的酒店。

公寓式酒店没有早餐供应的，但酒店门口及周边很多饮食店很方便的。酒店内设施一应俱全，房间干净整洁美观实用，有阳台，空气很好，要说不足之处只有一点就是阳台门锁坏了还没修好，这在房主来说就是小事但对房客来说就是安全感问题了。希望能尽快修复不要为一点小事影响酒店声誉。这只是我个人的小小建议。
