这家公寓的管理，完全缺乏专业的管理，无明确指示位置，让你找半天，门禁卡给错，一周前预定的房间类型大床房却给你换成双床房没商量，密码时限还可以因为一句对不起设置错了到凌晨一点，国际航班回来进不去还要留下的公寓私人电话打不通，门外干着急就是没人理你，这种管理水准是不是把密码发错给其他人的可能性也有的呢？加微信收押金是几个意思？为什么要加微信，客户隐私请了解下可以吗。我希望类似这家的公寓，应该早点优胜劣汰，完全不顾消费者感受的服务态度，真让人无语。
