去的时候酒店说房间没整理出来，非要客人等在大堂，当时已经12点半，酒店说都是14点后才能入住，呵呵，就算如此，我都说了我还有事要出门，先把行李放下换身衣服就走，前台坚决不同意，一句酒店规定就要我一直等在那，最后还是我帮他们相处方法，给我一个房间我换好衣服把行李寄存前台就走。这个酒店服务意识太差了，根本不为客人的时间考虑，缺乏服务意识
