酒店设施还是不错的，服务也挺好的，就是来的时候呢，不知道在具体哪一栋就有前台的人员来带我们，周边的环境呢，因为去的时候太晚了，已经9点多，下面的万达广场已经关门了，房间还是不错的，不过房间有点味道，隔音效果不是太好。

带2小孩1老人4大人一起同行，住了4晚，每晚约300:1)31楼，两房一厅1米5床，沙发可以睡1大人;2)32寸电视机，但电视的画面都只是半屏，看着很郁闷;3)厨房只有油烟机和电热水壶，电磁炉是我问了才给的，没有洗衣机，衣架也只有5个;4)因为比较新所以比较卫生，但每天搞卫生只铺床拖地倒垃圾，毛巾不换，纸巾和洗漱用品都不给;6)只有一张房卡，单独出行不方便;7)前台两男服务员态度很冷漠，令人很压抑

在网上看到写的点评很好，所以就选择这家了，其实跟本就没有这么好，我们订的是豪华双床房，来了以后给我们的是单床房加一张硬床，叫老板换，老板说全满了换不了，在电话里说过加床，其实跟本就没说，我们住的三天，我们每天晚上回来连卫生都没有打扫，反正以后是不会再选择这家了。顺便提醒以后
