温泉水放一小時，浴缸也沒滿1/3，又不熱！请人處理也只说水管太長房间離得遠，所以没法处理！！无语！！来温泉旅馆不就是为了能够好好泡温泉，早点也不丰富！非常不满意！

环境很好！！！发呆渡假一流之选，温泉精致恬意???就是房源紧张，节假日需提前很多订。

酒店新装修，很干净，环境幽静，服务态度很好。12个温泉池从上午9点至晚上11点随意任意多次泡，人少似包场，安静，水靓。房间的wifi网速是酒店中少见的快，电视是带网络的电视，节目多。订一间房包两个人的晚餐，丰富见图。唯一不足是床垫太软，不习惯。下次会再去，推荐！

房间泡温泉浴缸！放了一小时也只是有1/3的温泉水！温泉水又小又冷，还说因为我们房间离太远！没法解决，真的是，花了钱要找罪受！非常不值得！但是这酒店还挺安静的！早餐能选的样式觉得还是少。

此次出行，深圳到从化的高速路有段封路，非要从增城的高速下来，穿过增城的新城大道，大街小巷以后再上高速没多久就到温泉站收费口，酒店在半山上，挺斜的路，上去酒店外观挺精致，所谓的高级大床房的房间太小了，20多个平方，内部装修也跟百来块的便捷商务酒店没啥区别，唯一很好的是酒店的温泉区，确实比惠东的洲际酒店还好一些，环境很优雅。
