真心差！房间墙是烂的，服务员态度太差，定的大床，到了直接开了个双床，下去还不让换说只有这双床的！打艺龙投诉后，才很不情愿的换个大床！态度差，一副你欠她钱的样子！再也不去了！艺龙对这样的酒店竟然没有惩罚，真是管理漏洞！

这是最差的一次体验！这些钱我还不如去间小点房间的酒店！！酒店大部分都是黑人。让人不习惯，以后进了房门，就是一种装修旧的感觉。。。房间挺大的。浴室很久，还有小蟑螂，一股霉味，马桶我们自己擦过才敢上！热水水压不稳定。特别是浴室有一个口，旁边应该是施工的，它黑乎乎的，刚刚上厕所就看见那里多了个帽子！！被子枕头都是那种很久有洗不掉污渍的痕迹。睡了一个晚上睡不好，好脏，身体好痒。服务员态度很好，没吹风机
