位置不错，交通不是非常方便，出门打车，酒店服务，设施都不错，就是没有分无烟层，前面房客烟味残留非常严重。

酒店是薰衣草主题的，设计很贴心，薰衣草元素无处不在。房间非常宽敞，沙发和小几的设置考虑周到。独立的书桌可以上网，特别喜欢这个角落。迷你吧有免费矿泉水提供，悬挂式电视屏幕适中。床是1.5米宽，睡眠体验舒适。美中不足的是沐浴间没有地方挂衣物，而且卫生间是半开放式的设计，虽然沐浴和马桶有小间，但洗漱台和床没有完全隔开，整套洗漱间没有门，感觉上会比较潮湿。
地理位置，不管离天河商区还是地铁站，步行都要1.5-2公里，说实话远了些，不太方便。附近路面对拉杆箱不友好。
房间无早，住了两晚的缘故送了早餐券。早餐服务态度很好，食物因为去晚了所以没怎么吃。
前台服务不错，可以免费打印资料，为顾客送茶水，但点评中的热毛巾没有出现。电梯由于是和写字楼公用，有30层，需要等一会儿，早上会有上班族在大堂排队等电梯。晚上能听到窗外的声音，好像有人唱歌买醉但音量不大，因为是市中心所以可以谅解。
接待方面：丽枫在动车站有提供接站服务，虽然我们不知情；酒店方会提前打电话确认是否入住以及入住时间。
性价比感觉不错，房间很赞！

员工服务态度很好，进门虽然前台很小，但是他们会热情问候，酒店位置优越，房间面积不错，设计温馨，周边有正宗的广东菜，潮州菜，值得入住
