酒店服务很好，有专车去南站接送，服务员非常热情。酒店设施很新，房间挺宽敞舒服，房间的窗户很大。卫生间很干净整洁。“铂涛”的早餐真的不怎么能期待，品种太少。

因为出差地选择这家酒店，预订前看了很多评论，比较忐忑，当入住的时候打消了所有顾虑，服务人员态度好，有耐心，酒店设施比较人性化，住了四天，每天预约接送站都能如约履行，司机师傅态度也非常好！早餐相对简单，能吃饱！值得体验！

因为出差地选择这家酒店，预订前看了很多评论，比较忐忑，当入住的时候打消了所有顾虑，服务人员态度好，有耐心，酒店设施比较人性化，住了四天，每天预约接送站都能如约履行，司机师傅态度也非常好！早餐相对简单，能吃饱！值得体验！

其实硬装是不错的，只是有了年头，旧了，特别是一条浴巾毁了所有。那条浴巾的味道把我吓得…心生恐惧。还有很多小细节可以改进，例如浴室的下水太慢，洗澡水会溢出来，例如地板的破损应该修复下，还有因为是路边，灰尘挺厉害的，进屋就有一股很重的霉味，导致两个人咳嗽了半天…
