订的是豪华大床房（有窗），当晚看完演出回到房间已经过了12点，洗脸的时候发现洗手台漏水，甚至将摆放在洗手台下的毛巾跟浴巾都弄湿了。窗户也是坏的，不能打开，用胶带糊上一圈，因此导致隔音效果差，整晚都听到窗外马路上行车的声音。既然如此，我预订有窗的房间，有何意义？因为已经很累且半夜，所以没有致电前台要求换房，不过此类情况在其他入住的点评中，已经有人反馈此类情况，但仍旧没改变，是否真的有重视客户意见真的有待鉴证。
