进去一股霉味，当天洗澡洗到一半忽然冷水，同时会出现一股冷风，几次致电前台显的很淡定，客户湿冷的身体赤脚站在地砖上持续了近20分钟才恢复热水。第二天客房打扫，该扔的垃圾没扔，客户的化妆水却没了，致电前台最后也没给出回应。

房间设施比较旧了，楼下就是美食城，吃东西比较方便，但是旁边有个ktv,一直到半夜三点半还在唱歌，说实话住在4楼有点吵，出行的话还算方便，带孩子去长隆玩坐公交车几站就能到，总的来说性价比还不错。

一进酒店就有薰衣草香味，就是洗澡的地方，能放东西的地方比较少！
