利：交通便利，离地铁站近，周边很多吃饭和购物的地方。
弊：不值这个价格，360多的房还是无窗的，味道很大。可恶的是楼下是个酒吧迪吧，晚上根本无法睡觉，只能加钱换到有床的400多的房间。太坑人了，酒店用来睡觉的地方居然有迪吧。
