房间挺大，冷气大但床是临时加上去直接凹进去，睡不好，单人房直接加上一张床变双人床，简直是**！

第一次入住这一单，是住在四楼的商务套房，除了客厅沙发感觉有点脏旧外，起码整体还好，但是今天再次订房，订了特色主题房，一到门口，就看到一虫子在门边“欢迎”我们了，进门后发现浴室玻璃墙上、床上，都有小蟑螂、小甲虫在爬，去摆弄一下窗帘，那里居然还有N只小昆虫在那里“躲猫猫”，我们立马要求换房，却被告知没有房了，于是我们果断退房，去前台问及如何取消退担保金，前台那女的态度冷淡，让我自行与艺龙客服联系取消。幸好艺龙的客服美女态度极好，接到我的电话就马上联系酒店协商取消订单退担保金，这点值得一赞。但这酒店，我是绝不会再订了。

订的是245的房间，是2楼的房间，里面又霉又潮，那个枕头一个酸味，喊他们换，他们说，这个是枕芯吸了汗，是枕芯的味道，换枕头套也没用，那时候就火了，这样的酒店，还要收249，而且没有一点隔音，那个ktv吵的根本就是在房间唱歌一样，前台说可以退，叫我下去，我本来打算退了，可是前台那个女的，叫我自己在网站退，可是已经验证又怎么能退了呢？我说，这么吵怎么睡，她说，她说，2楼是这样的，我说，这样睡不着吖！帮我退了，她说，你订房时候，不看评论的么？天啊，人才吖，她这么回复我，后来，她说4楼有安静点的，我问她，4楼的是什么价格，她说259我就想，那就补10元，因为我们之前买的2楼是249，她说要补49，说要按照她那边的收费，我说，我买的是249，你4楼259吖，他说我们不是这样算，下次住城中村都不来你这，希望看到的伙伴，三思而后行！
