疗养院地理位置极佳，闹中带静，一墙之隔是大夫山森林公园，环境、空气很好。康体大楼4楼有大露台，活动空间好，美中不足是房间设施略显简单。

酒店比较老，环境好，旁边就是大夫山，算是酒店后花园，一条小路直接过去。房间比较旧，卫生还不错吧。酒店吃东西也不太贵。

酒店的外部条件很好，在群山环抱中，酒店里面还有池塘荷花，空气中有花香味。就是入住不顺利说没有携程上的价格，经过好长时间的双向沟通，才以携程价格入住，住的客房里面的电视老到坏，懒得跟酒店再沟通，房间里面的设施就一般般，但很安静，睡觉还是很不错的。

春节期间去的，虽然花不多，但绿树成荫，桂花阵阵飘香。住了三晚，每天到大夫山游玩，空气沁人肺腑。喜欢安静和亲近自然的，这里是不错的选择。还会再来的。就是房间里WIFI信号不行。

虽然所处的自然环境很好，但是位置非常偏僻，没有专车，交通非常不便利，及其不适合商务出行。设施很差，和价格非常不般配。疗养院类型的，有特有的买方和市场，服务极其差，早饭极其差。卫生还算干净，但是蚊子很多。因为会议在该宾馆召开，否则绝对不会住的。如果是商务出行，建议坚决不要住。价格又高，性价比非常低。
