酒店是否人满为患呢？服务行业关键的是服务态度，客人无理取闹那另当别论，可服务员还是前台经理和副经理？我不知道珀丽是怎么采用员工的，我进去办理入住时右边前台边缘上站着几个人，重点没人站在黄色围栏中间的排队道上，我想当然的就排在左边👈一个为一个人办理的黄佳彬，我站那等前面人办完他没说，右边一个人赶快走过来到他手上办理也没说，当一堆人来了在保安指引到黄色那排队，他才抬头问我干嘛，我说办理入住，他说这里排队无效要去中间一堆人那后面排队才可以办，口气生硬，面无表情😑，就算我排错地方那我站在那很久我是先来的那都是事实吧，我不办理入住难道站那站岗，我又不是插队，一个大堂经理副经理连这点服务意识都没有？四星级酒店就是这样的？酒店是代表城市文明的窗口之一，让五湖四海的游客怎么传说羊城人文文化的口碑
