1.酒店设施破旧，卫生堪忧，房间的榻榻米靠阳台的已经发霉。2.所谓的日式套房在犄角旮旯，出电梯走四五分钟才能到。3.配套特差，没有之一，晚上十度以下，我们两大两小四人，向前台居然硬是要不到多一床被子，这也是恒古未闻！4.早餐在附近肯德基真功夫等，都是10元以下的简易套餐，性价比很低。5.房间隔音不行，在走廊几乎可以听见旁边所有房间内谈话，睡觉听得到隔壁电视节目的声音！
