中午12点半到的，被告知没有空房，因为退房时间是14点，中午还没有人退房。真的吗？就一个普通的周日，这么大个酒店不可能一件空房都没有啊。严重怀疑是后台系统有问题。员工也像是新来的，操作了超级久。
14点再去，终于有空房了。可是一波三折，我明明预定了，但是酒店竟然没录入，查了半天没有我的预定资料，反复确认过不是我的问题，才把房间给我。办理入住的体验非常不好。别的还可以。

酒店位置没得说，邻近广州东站。饮食购物地铁公交都很方便。宝泰购物中心步行几分钟就可到达。吃喝玩乐应有尽有。客房很干净，性价比高，服务人员亲切热情。下次还会来住 。
