+多次入住了，酒店环境幽静，后花园漂亮，客服很热情，温泉泳池很干净，国庆后人很少，舒服，早餐人少吃的是围餐

环境好，客房干净，服务态度非常好，从前台到保安到清洁工都非常友善。温泉也非常棒，儿子和老人都非常喜欢理疗区，好玩也很舒服，温泉区工作人员很勤快，及时帮忙摆放拖鞋，收拾纸杯。当我们提出温泉区毛巾不够的时候，能及时纠正补足。周边吃的地方也有不少，农家菜非常可口，还可以买到清甜的红肉火龙果。总之，非常不错，值得推荐，下次还会再来。

国庆节去，价格偏高，温泉池较少，周边环境还是不错的，若不是以泡温泉为主的话这里是挺不错的，人较少，酒店周围环境不错。可以到碧水湾后面的小山闲逛下。

一直都觉得文轩苑很不错，从只有泳池到加建了温泉池，已经第五次入住了，服务一如既往的好，风景也很好！

酒店环境安靜，人少，酒店的温泉池周边环境设施精心设计很好，很喜欢，服务员也很热情送茶送水，有礼貌服務非常好，每天还有水果送，房間也干淨，早餐食物比較健康，品种足夠温泉及泳池干净。
