从厦门辗转来到广州，这家酒店服务到位呀，工作人员非常热心，我们拉着行李工作人员很早就过来帮助我们拿行李箱，一直送到了房间，还非常耐心的介绍房间及酒店设施，尤其滂沱大雨的季节，酒店洗衣免费还自带烘干功能，工作人员素素很热心的送来了糖水，我顺便提了句想要热的，她很贴心的要给我们送姜茶，哈哈哈哈哈，太感动啦，因为不想太麻烦，就道谢了，总之强烈推荐～

第一次入住美豪酒店，服务无微不至，服务好得让人有点不知所措，下车就有礼宾提箱子，随后许艳红客服经理，接待得细致入微。很愉快的入住体验。下次去广州还会入住。
