酒店服务和环境还是跟预期的相符，地理位置对出行很方便，只是艺龙网服务太感失望了，因为订单上处理问题我到店前好几个小时都在微信上跟客服确认好了结果到店确入住不了，马上联系还发了载图邮件结果已这么多天都没回复处理，当时酒店看了我与客服的聊天记录才帮调转房间入住，才不影响旅程，以后订酒店还是要找有有信用的网上平台!

酒店的服务人员非常热情，帮我换房，我想推迟点退房也同意了。倒是艺龙网的工作人员的服务态度越来越差了，我专门提前打艺龙客服电话说好要双人间，特意交代，但到酒店一问没有，还是酒店服务员热情帮我调整了一间！
