不推荐入住。提前好几天订的房间，入住当天12点40到店，前台说还不能办理入住，让我们先出去逛逛晚上回来保证有房，所以我们把行李寄存好就出去玩了，并与前台说明我们大概8点后才回来。结果晚上8点接到电话，说没有房间了让我们去别的地方住，excuse me我行李都存了钱也给了告诉我没房？（我立刻上艺龙看了，明明还能订，但是价钱比我订的时候高了一半，不知道是不是觉得卖给我的价钱便宜不愿意给房我了，也是呵呵）折腾半天给我入住了，我是嘻哈的会员，按理是可以延迟退房的，在别的嘻哈连锁也都没问题，这家却告诉我，以前的会员不作数，要现场购买会员卡才行，硬是不承认我是会员。最后还“提醒”我，在艺龙预定的一定要好评，才能领取返现，不好评没有返现。真当消费者是傻子，想赚钱想疯了吧。

环境不错，旁边就是万达广场很方便。床太软了，睡完之后不是很舒服。隔音不是很好，门锁下面的位置有个小孔可以看的到外面，最好把孔封起来，不然感觉不是很安全。
