投诉！！住房旧，而且有好臭的烟味！br投诉服务台的人员态度不好！！错拿我的黑色碳素签字笔，去前台要她们归还，但她们不愿归还，还恶言相对！超差服务！br唯独早餐值得一赞！

酒店在一个岛上，环境清幽，处处充满桂花香。房间设施一般，要等一会儿才有热水。房间离温泉区比较远，温泉区不提供毛巾，需自带房间的毛巾。温泉区没有换衣服的地方，需要在房间里换好泳衣和浴袍走到温泉区，还要经过一大段主路，冬天这样非常冷，而且还有很多来往的车辆经过你身边，非常尴尬。温泉池较少，容易出现煮饺子的情况。

酒店主楼豪华双人房很好，同程购比现场订便宜的。这里适合度假形式，吃东西只有酒店里的餐厅。如果自驾游的开车去市场那边。
