服务很差、退房后、发现随身携带的饰品遗漏酒店。马上打电话给酒店请求帮忙、接待的前台推三推四。说帮忙问询、然后没有消息。直至多次打电话确认仍然没有回复消息。

不适合带孩子来住，一开门就是扑鼻的烟味，我这种感冒鼻塞的都觉得呛了。房间墙壁是铁隔板，插头挺多的，却不是每一个都能用。室内灯光照射灰暗，让人很不舒服。这种房间比较适合两个男士出差用。酒店外是建筑工地，整天都有声音。整个奥园其实是一个写字楼隔成了好几家酒店。这个位置的优点就是离南站近，打车5分钟。
