不说卫生环境什么的，只论服务态度，这是我住过服务态度最恶劣的酒店，在艺龙订好了酒店，去到却跟你说订的房间没有了，说要补50块钱差价才能帮忙换别的房，不想补的话就直接取消订单（PS：当时是周五晚上，找房是很困难的）………这并不是我的错好吧，订了房，房间出现问题本来就应该是酒店应该主动承担责任的，但这个酒店的态度却是爱住不住的意思，他们就不怕影响铂涛集团的声誉吗。理论过程中经理过来说给我一间房，我当时以为问题解决了，可是去到这个房间，竟然地砖的没有铺，地毯也没有，就是一块水泥地，而且洗手间的水还会漏出来，然后我不接受这个房间去和经理反映，他就说不补差价就是住这个房间…住不住是我的问题。考虑到周五难找房所以最后只能妥协加钱换房间，而在我理论过程中，前台还站着一大群顾客，他们的问题都是订了房没有房……
