中山宾馆，是一个老的宾馆，宾馆的面积不小，但空地都被车辆占满，很拥挤。入住的1号楼房间设施老旧，但卫生还是很好。宾馆里的万寿宫茶楼因为在繁华地带，周边购物餐饮都很方便。

酒店房间其实比较旧，房间之间的隔音很差，别人说话大声点都听见了，而且我住的还是豪华型，希望能尽快装修一下。幸亏周边交通购物餐饮方便。

宾馆的位置很好，院子里面就有王府井百货的后门，百货里面有超市，买东西非常方便。周围吃饭的地方也不算少，王府井百货和广百里面都有，另外宾馆里面的二楼和三楼都有东山自己的餐厅，东山一号的早茶和正餐都不错，价格也不算贵。宾馆设施很全，但是可能是因为年头儿比较久了，不是特别的新，但是不妨碍使用，卫生条件还是很好的，干净整洁，没有什么异味。服务员的服务态度还有服务质量也挺好的，下次去广州还会住！

东山宾馆服务很好，2号楼房间虽小但是很新，周边饭店很多，商场有好几个，交通也方便。周边有水果摊，水果也很便宜新鲜。每天2瓶水，有免费WIFI可用，有烘干管烘衣服，每天打扫卫生也很尽心。前台客服态度也非常的好，住了四天很满意。
