本来定了三晚小单人间，但是第一天住的单人间在一楼卫生间旁边，又冷又潮很不舒服，床和被子也有潮湿的感觉；第二天退房本打算换成其他酒店，酒店经理联系，说可以换房升级。于是换了好一些的，换的房挺不错，住得舒服太多了，还有园景，卫生条件也不错，晚上会提供免费的粥。不过小单人间希望酒店改造一下，质量太影响酒店口碑了。

酒店地处繁华，背靠东风东路，旁边就是王府井百货，还有广百百货，但环境优美，安静，停车位充足无忧，餐饮颇具特色，纯正粤味，也有湘菜，很棒，下次还选东山下榻

很差！必须差评！！！！！把我安排混在附近全是体检搞活动的房间，早上七点钟就狂按门铃把我吵醒！外面的人高谈阔论！还有女人拿着本子叫嚣一个一个找人！！！酒店管理安排极差！住这里完全是因为早上九点半有很重要的课要上，从外地赶来，最重要的两个小时休息都没有了！很愤怒！
