本来很愉快，对客房也很满意，但退房竟然说床头台灯坏了，晕死，床头灯我从入住就没打开过，碰都没碰过，之前查房不认真，没检查出来，现在诬赖我呀，特别不愉快，虽然一个灯泡不值几个钱，但不是我弄坏的我肯定不会自认倒霉，虽然最后前台说算了，但那语气，呵呵，以后不会在入住这家酒店

沙发很脏，打扫房间床单也不换。房间非常小，不是方正的。总之有点闹心。卫生间倒是很干净，可是床太脏了。

服务态度很好，每次预订前都会电话咨询，作一个价格的比较。但，这次唯一不愉快的体验，停车缴费超时补钱是当然的，可是入住那么多次，没有一次是有提醒多久必须出车。使之体验感大打折扣！
