这酒店性价比是不错，服务阿姨也很好，前台的服务就一般般了，我退房下来过了12点她让我给房费，我说你不知道我有300押金的吗？而且我说了续房半天的，谁知道我的押金全部300块扣完，好奇怪哦……我的房间才369一天，续半天全部扣完，不知道是怎么算，也没有解释一下～真不负责的前台，给消费者感觉像是乱扣钱～反正没下次

酒店的设备是齐全的，位置也不错。但是入住的体验很差。1.首先房间的卫生打扫不干净，卫生间，沙发边角有好多长头发，没打扫。2.漱口杯子就一个，还是我自己打电话要的，毛巾什么的也很旧了都有毛边。3.客厅的电视有问题，开机时候有提示音，一看节目就没声音。打给前台服务员都调不好！4.洗澡的时候出现跳闸！跳了2次！灯全黑了，又马上恢复！洗澡时候吓我一跳！ 差评很糟糕的体验

服务太差了！！！员工素质太低！！跟前台说好了酒店帮忙叫车送去机场赶飞机！说好了九点还提醒了三次，结果前台搞错时间约成十点！不仅不解决问题，还推卸责任，说是她同事的错不是她的错！态度非常不好！严重影响出行！除此之外，打扫卫生也不仔细，脏毛巾都没有更换！送个拖鞋都送了一个小时！再也不会来这家了！！
