位置非常好 距离各个游玩点和地铁站非常近 房间也干净 睡两个人没问题 前台服务态度很好

优点：房间虽小，但还算干净。公寓距离上下九及北京步行街近，步行可到。靠2号地铁线，介于公园前及海珠广场中间，交通非常便利。
缺点：房间非常小，注意是“建筑面积”30平，房间顶多10平。房间举架低，抬手可触。卫生间地漏坏的，返味。坐便水箱漏水。最最让人受不了的是空调外挂机，启动那就是“轰鸣”（可参考拖拉机的声音）。看评价有人提过，当时不以为然，现在领教了！
总结：图便宜，图位置，只能认了！
