这是我最差的一次住宿体验，晚上登记入住的时候，前台服务态度不好。进入房间后，房间也不干净，还有蟑螂，房间内灯光昏暗，最让人生气的是，他们的门锁就算你在里面上了链条，反了锁在外面不用滴卡也能打开。出去一趟回来，没有滴卡就直接可以打开房门，我订了两间房，两间房都是这样，他们给我的解释是门的感应器没电了，那万一晚上有什么突发情况怎么办，酒店的安全检查工作根本不到位，房内也没有灭火器材。当我早上跟他们反映问题的时候，服务态度也不好，一直在拖，一会说叫经理，下来的是客房主管，问一下能不能赶紧叫经理，又说经理没上班，我们找他也找不到，这不是耍人吗？堂堂大酒店解决问题就是这样的吗？到了11点53分，退房的前7分钟才给我解决问题，我在大堂等了足足1个多小时。
