周边环境不安静，卫生不咋滴，抱枕有头发，沙发有异味，冰箱有杀虫剂的味道，晚上起来在厕所看到蟑螂（这个最没法接受），服务不知道怎么说，态度热情，但是就是感觉不专业，就先给了我一个很破的房间，然后提出问题后，才给我换成我订的房间。打电话叫人来，也是没反应，电视是坏的，告诉我电信方面的问题，但是这个回答我在几个月前的评论里看到过，这就很奇怪了。最后说下优点，地理环境优越，有冰箱，空调也算给力，洗衣机也好用，免费停车，我就是想说硬件方面都不错，管理真的有问题，嗯就是这样。卫生真的差，真的差。

帮父母预定的 老人家非常满意 店家去地铁站接 次日又帮送到火车站 父母行李比较多 小伙子还帮提行李 服务很周到 新装修 房间很大 比四星级还好
