挺好的一次住宿，位置在地铁上盖，出来就是，房间很新，整合配置也是很温馨，住过很多公寓，我一直感觉公寓卫生不彻底，他家真的挺好，继续住！

优点：1位置好，天河新天地上面，下来就是地铁口；2新装修公寓式酒店，比较斯文，价钱就此经济连锁型酒店贵一点点；
缺点：1吵，旁边工地周末早上六点多就开始施工了；2管理不好，房间跟其他酒店或者办公室混合一起的，基本上没有酒店管理的；3房间透气不好，味道很重，特别是厕所的气味。
