酒店位置偏僻了些，周围也没有什么吃喝和购物的地方。但是酒店很干净，环境很安静。而且装修也很不错。酒店的灯和空调也集成在中控，有科技感。

挺偏僻的，去长隆还算方便。十一车坏了，老板还叫了出租车送去广州南站，老板很好，下次还会考虑入住

酒店的总的来说还是不错，进电梯需要刷房卡才行，安全系数较高。唯一不足的地方是房间洗手间异味比较大，需改善。还是给个好评吧！

柏恒酒店服务员做事很热情周到，细心，也很干净卫生，并主动帮我烘干衣服，而且送给孩子遮阳帽子（得知孩子帽子丢失后）和调电视。酒店早餐也特别棒，品种多，口味好吃，我和儿子每次都吃得很开心，店面距离长隆野生动物园很近，走过去l5分钟就到了，往广州南站去也只要十几分钟车程，交通真的很方便。以后来广州玩，还会选柏恒酒店！

房间大小很合适，卫生干净，离长隆野生动物园也近步行过去就到了，去其它地方就稍微显得不太方便了，好歹滴滴或者Uber出行有是可以滴，工作人员服务很热情，来回都是酒店专车接送，临走还送了小礼物给孩子，很贴心，总体上很满意，下次来玩肯定还住这家

酒店整体还行，大堂比较大气，设施也齐全，但假期太多人了，服务还不太到位。位置比较偏僻，周边没有大型超市和食肆，要坐二站公车去街上。
