每次来广州都会选择入住全季。但是之前订的都是双人间。第一次订大床房。进门的时候有点大跌眼镜。跟我以往的感觉是不同的…比较小的空间，比较脏的墙壁…厕所门背后还有一条用过的浴巾…
床的两边都有插口。但是usb只有一个…正巧这次我们都只带了线没带头…
这次来前台多了个自助办理入住和离店的机子 前台帮办理的速度很快 只是金额显示的比我实际付款金额要便宜我也不懂为啥…

就在地铁站旁边，不难找，但离天河城那边还是有有一个地铁站的距离，卫生和服务都比较好就是电视设备比较落后，儿子看不到自己喜欢的节目干着急，还有一点不好的是洗漱台独立在进门的另一旁，我一向习惯卸妆洁面洗澡一一起的，很不方便，别的还好

两个晚上，一晚双床房，饮水杯没洗干净。第二晚换成大床房，书桌没插座、没椅子，后来楼层服务员从仓库临时找了一把。
楼层服务员态度很好、敬业。前台服务员办入住，拿了身份证，放桌子上就离开了，没任何交代。
五楼餐厅卫生间很脏，没及时打扫。
酒店不错，管理有失水准。
