本来心情很好的，住了两天领导也很满意，卫生，环境，客房服务员打扫卫生都很好，中间出了小插曲，前台理解错误自作主张给换了更高级的房间，事后服务差，不承认自己的错误，顾客都没有在消费统计单上签字呢就把钱扣了，这不是找投诉呢

整体环境什么的都很好，就是服务人员素质不够，换房期间不跟客户解释清楚导致多花了几百块钱，事后不认识自己的错误，一直在推卸责任，问题未沟通清楚就自作主张完成了预授权，之前还特意和前台说了沟通清楚了再做预授权完成，简直是霸王权益。仅此一次，以后放弃。

晚上11點有男人不停敲門。嚇死我跟女兒。不敢開門。我從防竊眼看到那男人用力一直敲，有職員經過都不問一下什麼事。又說要卡才可進住客層，又說有職員登記訪客。什麼都是鬼話。我跟女兒整晚都睡不了，以後都不會再住。

地理位置不错 对面就是商场 吃饭购物都挺方便 只是楼下是KTV 电梯有烟味 但是不影响楼上客房休息 早餐品种过少 有待提升
