卫生非常差，房间的杯子留下的是上一位的茶水，喊了三次客服也没有来换，晚上没有热水洗澡，打电话问说9点半有，一直等到11点也没来热水，11点半隔壁突然传来爆炸声和吵闹声，把小孩从睡梦中吓醒，通知客服去询问下隔壁情况，保安上来问我隔壁发生什么事，再一次吵醒孩子，我怎么清楚隔壁发生的事情，问完后保安就下去了，之后隔壁断断续续传来吵闹声。唯一的优点离中山眼科医院近，其余软件硬件服务都是差到没谱，一星给多了。
