酒店或艺龙缺少最起码的商业道德，这样的企业能否走远我们拭目以待。因为我订房时把时间搞错，原计划7月9号入住，但是订成了7月5号，当7月9号去办理入住时告知我订单已经离店状态。固然我订单核实有误在先，但是客户没有入住的情况是不是应该提前通知一下客户呢？客服还振振有词的认为他们没有义务提醒客户订单未入住，我想我和艺龙的缘份也尽了，你们不差我这一个客户，我也不差你这一个平台。
