首先，还是说下位置，位置在荔湾区，也算是老城区了，离沙面实在是近，我是先到了沙面，然后就近选的宾馆，到沙面，分分钟就走过去了，非常近；到上下九，也是共享单车，非常方便；到地铁站，步行，大概也就10分钟，位置是很不错
说到设施，怎么说呢，热水是24小时都有的，而且还非常足，洗漱用品也是备足了，其他的话，因为是老房子改的宾馆，而且价格摆在那儿，所以高求也是不能太高，反正我是能将就
服务，服务的话，总体来说，还是不错的，前台也好，老板也好，服务人员也好，都很和气。因为下雨，要洗衣服，向前台借衣架，也很热心地给了七八个，然后还告诉我衣服晾在哪里，和都很和气。晚上，玩得比较玩，二点多回去，前台也还有人。
卫生，卫生方面， 说实话，就很一般了，首先是老房子改的，然后，定位是宾馆，所以卫生当然没办法很好，虽然，我是有看到卫生人员打扫楼道，但是我住了两晚，第二天回去的时候，被子没有整理，垃圾也没有扔，所以只能说，卫生方面就没有很高的标准了
总体来说，价格是真的便宜，所以要求也就不能那么高了，如果又要人家便宜，然后又提一堆要求，那就有点苛刻了。因为是单男，所以很多东西，也能够将就一下，属于性价比高的选择吧

小，吵。位置很偏僻，而且是那种很老很老的房子。只不过是因为太急，所以才会去住。广州想住好些点的，那么挺贵！

比较差，双人房的wc的马桶都是缺盖的，鞋子是那种可以看见鞋底下的那种，穿着很不舒服，位置是最好的靠近上下九步行街。
